By renting the private gym at Plates & Bars Fitness, you agree that:

• You are the sole authorized user during your rental period.
• No guests or unauthorized individuals are allowed.
• Entry and exit must occur only during your scheduled time.
• Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

You acknowledge that fitness activities involve inherent risks, including:

• Muscle strain, sprains, falls, or physical injury
• Improper or unsafe use of equipment
• Equipment malfunction
• Slips, trips, or accidents

By renting the gym, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your session.

In consideration for being allowed to use the private gym, you release Plates & Bars Fitness, its owners, trainers, contractors, and affiliates from any liability, claims, demands, or actions related to:

• Injury
• Damage
• Loss
• Accidents Whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

You understand that you are training unsupervised and that Plates & Bars Fitness does not provide medical supervision or emergency response.

You agree that:

• You are fully responsible for any damage to equipment, mirrors, flooring, walls, doors, or property during your rental period.
• Security camera footage may be used to verify responsibility.
• You will be billed for repair or replacement at full cost.
• Failure to report damage may result in additional fees and loss of future access.

You agree to:

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose.
• Avoid exercises beyond your skill level.
• Follow all posted rules and safety guidelines.
• Return equipment to its proper location before leaving.

Misuse of equipment may result in injury, damage, and termination of access.

You agree to:

• Keep the gym clean and orderly.
• Wipe down equipment after use.
• Remove all personal items before leaving.
• Avoid any behavior that could endanger yourself or damage property.

You acknowledge and consent that:

• The private gym is monitored by 24/7 security cameras.
• Footage may be reviewed in the event of injury, damage, rule violations, or disputes.
• Footage may be shared with law enforcement if necessary.
• Cameras are for security and liability protection only and are not monitored in real time.

By renting the gym, you consent to being recorded while on the premises.

Plates & Bars Fitness is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
• Items left behind after your rental session

You agree that:

• You are responsible for your own physical safety.
• You will not use equipment if you feel dizzy, ill, or unwell.
• You will stop any activity that feels unsafe or painful.
• You will not attempt exercises beyond your ability.

By completing checkout, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Use & Liability Agreement.
• You voluntarily accept all risks associated with using the private gym.
• This agreement applies to every rental session, now and in the future.
